Helpdesk offers help and support for computer users within the LTH faculty office, the N faculty office, IML and other units and divisions which have a computer support contract with DDG.
You're welcome to contact Helpdesk if you have problems, suggestions, or questions regarding the computers or computer services at these divisions.
In order to make sure that your case is properly dealt with, we kindly ask you to follow the following instructions when contacting Helpdesk.
The most effective way of contacting Helpdesk is by e-mail. Our e-mail address is:

We kindly ask you to use this e-mail address when contacting us. Please briefly describe the case in the subject, and try to further explain the case in the e-mail.
We can also be reached by telephone during office hours. However, between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm we usually have a lunch break.
